Donna L. Reese organized the Elbert County Historical Society and Museum's exhibits and catalogues for 11 years
/Museums PR News/ -- KIOWA, CO, January 4, 2010, Donna L. Reese, Retired Curator for the Elbert County Historical Society and Museum, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in museum administration.
Ms. Reese spent 11 years working for the Elbert County Historical Society and Museum, where she was responsible for organizing the museum's exhibits and catalogues. She previously worked in retail and fashion in Denver, CO for most of her career. She attributes her success to her love for her profession. Ms. Reese is the president of the Kiowa Ladies Aid at the Kiowa Creek Community Church, a lifetime member of the Comanche Crossing Museum in Strasburg, CO, secretary of the Elbert County Board of Directors of the Elbert County Historical Preservation Association, and affiliated with writing and genealogy clubs. In the future, she hopes to travel.
