Painter Jackie Tice accepted into the 65th annual WVE

For the 2nd time painter, Jackie Tice, has been accepted into the Wabash Valley juried Exhibition at the Swope Art Museum in Terre Haute Indiana

    TERRE HAUTE, IN, June 06, 2009 /Museums PR News/ -- For the second time the work of painter, Jackie Tice, has been accepted into the Annual Wabash Valley Exhibition at the Swope Art Museum in Terre Haute Indiana. Each year since 1945 the Swope Museum has held a juried exhibition for artists of Indiana or a 150 mile radius of Terre Haute. This is the second time Jackie's work has been accepted but it is the first time for her as a graduate student in the ISU Master of Fine Art program. Besides a full time course load complete with assistantship teaching duties, Jackie also continues to maintain her website at www.jackieticestudios.com. Her painting "Green Door" can be seen at the Swope Art Museum at 25 S. 7th Street in Terre Haute Indiana. The show runs through August 29th with an opening reception on July 11th from 1:00 - 3:00pm
